Terms & Conditions — ind89

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the ind89 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. ind89 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process. Accounts found to have been created by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and any remaining Funds returned to the verified payment method on record.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and automated bots may not register Accounts.
3. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable national or local law. Players in Indonesia access the Platform under their own legal responsibility.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a current employee or director of ind89 or any of its affiliated companies.
5. You must not have previously been subject to a permanent account ban imposed by ind89 for violations of these Terms.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each Player may hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ind89 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided, including:

• Government-issued photographic identification (KTP, SIM, or passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank statement showing your name and account number for BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ind89 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify ind89 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

ind89 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, match-fixing activity, or any other breach of these Terms.

All Funds on the ind89 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits are accepted exclusively via the following supported payment channels:

ind89 does not charge any deposit processing fees. Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account name does not match the registered Account holder name — will be declined and returned to the source.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 100.000 applies across all payment methods.
• KYC verification — including identity, age, and payment method documentation — must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw Funds.
• Withdrawals are processed within 3–15 minutes on average for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallet channels during standard operating hours (WIB). Processing times during high-volume periods or public holidays may be longer.
• Withdrawals must be directed to an account registered in the Player's own name. ind89 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• Where a Bonus has been credited to a Player's Account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before the Bonus-derived winnings component becomes eligible for withdrawal. The original deposit component is always withdrawable at any time, subject to KYC completion.
• ind89 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is a reasonable concern regarding the source of Funds or the identity of the Account holder.

Player Funds are held in accounts segregated from ind89's operational funds at all times. ind89 does not use Player Funds for corporate operating purposes.

ind89 may offer various promotional bonuses to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a stated wagering requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is clearly displayed at the point of claiming.
2. Validity Period: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity window. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
3. Game Restrictions: Certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward meeting wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated on each promotion's specific terms page.
4. One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Player is eligible to claim each distinct promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly structured as a recurring offer (e.g., weekly cashback).
5. No Retroactive Changes: ind89 will not modify the terms of a bonus after it has been claimed by a Player. Changes to ongoing promotion structures will take effect only from the next promotion cycle.
6. Abuse Prevention: ind89 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from Accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting across multiple accounts, low-variance wagering strategies designed to meet requirements with minimal risk, or use of third-party tools to manipulate game outcomes.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ind89 Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery), and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting markets)) are published separately in the relevant product help section.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified after placement, except where ind89 exercises its right to void a market under the circumstances described below.
• ind89 reserves the right to void any bet or an entire market where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned; (b) there is clear evidence of price manipulation or match-fixing; (c) a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being displayed; or (d) the outcome is determined to be affected by events outside the scope of normal play.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Limits are displayed in the betting interface before placement and may vary by market type and event.
• In the event of a dispute over a bet settlement, the decision of ind89's trading and risk management team is final, subject to the formal dispute process described in the FAQ.
• All certified slot and casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accessible for each title in the game information panel.
• Togel markets are settled against official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority. ind89 accepts no responsibility for delays or discrepancies in official result publication.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. If one or more legs are voided, the void leg is removed and the remaining legs stand at adjusted odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ind89 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a third party's identity;
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose;
• Placing bets using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or chargebacked payment instruments;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from ind89;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Sharing account credentials with or transferring Funds to other Players for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions or account-level limits;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event on which bets are offered;
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is expressly and explicitly prohibited under applicable criminal law, where ind89 has geo-blocked access, or where ind89 has specifically excluded that jurisdiction in writing.

ind89 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour across all product categories. The Platform provides the following tools to all Account holders, free of charge and activatable on demand:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount transferable into your Account within the chosen period.
• Session Time-Out: A voluntary cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which login access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term restriction (minimum 6 months) that prevents access to your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Configurable on-screen notifications that display elapsed session duration and net gaming activity at intervals of your choosing.

All content on the ind89 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ind89 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Scraping, crawling, or programmatically extracting odds data, game information, or any other Platform data;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content;
• Using the ind89 brand name or logo in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ind89 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game outcomes, or promotional terms that result from technical faults outside ind89's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform — gambling inherently involves risk, and winnings are not guaranteed;
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks beyond ind89's reasonable control.

Where ind89's liability cannot be wholly excluded under applicable law, ind89's total aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ind89's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through ind89's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so of their own volition and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. ind89 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate, lawful, or available in all jurisdictions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ind89 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ind89 will provide reasonable notice to active Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Funds before the effective date.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.
